Involuntary

Dana White and Chris Knoblock released their 12 minute short film entitled: Involuntary.  The film is a powerful, based on real life, scenario of a nursing home resident, Carlton, who is involuntarily discharged and dumped at a shelter.  In review of the film it is clear to me that this was obviously conducted in violation of federal resident rights for transfers and discharges (42 CFR 483.15) as well as being atrocious as a violation of human rights.
